As part of the visit, Dr. Gary Dalton delivered an insightful talk on “Cybercrime & Scamming,” a topic of growing importance in today’s digital landscape. Drawing from his international experience and expertise in criminology, Dr. Dalton engaged students, lecturers, and industry guests with real-world examples of cyber threats and preventative strategies. The session empowered attendees to better understand cybercriminal behavior, digital evidence, and the challenges faced by law enforcement worldwide.

Following the guest lecture, the event continued with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between SMART College and the University of Portsmouth. This MoU signifies the beginning of a long-term collaboration focused on:
